Who can stay - Please note our Cottage is set in a quiet family friendly holiday location. The cottage can only be used for holiday purposes (not work stays). The maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. It is suitable for couples, or a families of up to 6 guests. Unfortunately it is not suitable for large groups of stag or hen, or other party guests.

What's included - Charges include cleaning, fresh bedding/linen and towels, wi-fi, electric and one dedicated parking space.

Pets - Please note one small pet is allowed with prior approval and payment of additional feeallowed.

Vehicles - Sign written vans are not permitted at Pendra Loweth.

Smoking & Vaping - Smoking and Vaping is not permitted within our cottage

Electric Vehicles - There are currently two dedicated electric charging points for cars adjacent to the bar area. Because of Health and Safety reasons, guests are not permitted to run charging cables from the cottages to the parking bays.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Private patio and beautiful communal gardens

There are on-site facilities for those who do not wish to travel very far. Try a work out in the gym, a game of tennis or just sit back and relax in the seasonal bar while the children enjoy the outdoor play area. Please note the bar will close for the winter from the end of October until Easter.

For relaxing with the family, or used as a base to explore this fabulous area of Cornwall, this lovely cottage is perfect for the family getaway.

We have two high quality tennis courts on site for guests to use. The courts are accessed by a key code. They are used on a first come, first served basis.
